How does it work?
PLACE ORDER
Place your order online, via email or by phone. You give us your address and request a collection time.
LET US KNOW
If you have any specific instructions for collection/delivery or cleaning, then you can add them in to the Special Care Instructions.
SEPARATE
Separate dry cleaning from washing, to ensure items will go through correct procedures.
PICK-UP
Your items will be punctuallly collected by a driver at your designated address. The driver will weigh your order if required.
LAUNDERING
We wash light and dark garments separately at 30 degrees and tumble dried on medium heat. Bed linen and towels will be washed at a higher temperature.
DROP OFF
Our drivers pick up the bags associated with their routes from the Fulfillment Center and deliver them back to the customer at the chosen time.
Keep in mind
BAGS OR HANGERS
We send back folded in a fresh bag or on hangers if requested.
* Please return hangers and any other packaging with your next load as it can be recycled.
ITEMIZE
Wash, dry and fold loads can be itemized once back at the laundry but this will include a small surcharge.

Unhappy with how your items have been cleaned? Let us know within 24 hrs and we will re-clean.
NB: Some stains are stubborn and over washing and ruin the fabric. If we are unable to remove a stain a sticker will be attached. Further cleaning can be attempted but at clients risk.

Eco-Friendly process.
Some fabrics cannot be washed in water so essential to be dry cleaned.
Dry Cleaning is a closed process whereby garments are cleaned by means of a solvent chemical.
Its done in a closed circuit computerised machine the solvents evaporate after cleaning.
The solvent is condensed to recover it after cleaning.
No human interference until the cycle is completed and ready for steam pressing. ie. Clean and dry in one process with the solvent.
